Terms and Conditions

At Massage and Body Lounge, we are here to accommodate you in the best way possible. Our new policy for rescheduling, canceling (within the 24 hour timeframe), and refunding is going into affect. We understand life happens and we will try our best to work with you and your new service time. Please be advised that canceling within 24 hours of your appointment time will cost half of your services. No call, no show will resort in the full payment of the scheduled appointment with the card on file. With rescheduling your appointment, please reschedule 48 hours or more before your scheduled time. Again, we understand life happens, so please contact us as soon as possible. There will be NO refunds or exchanges for any services that you book.
